The 29th edition of Puerto Vallarta’s International Gourmet Festival invites food enthusiasts and connoisseurs from around the world to enjoy a wide array of activities while discovering the finest examples of Mexican and international gastronomy in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic.

In this edition, 24 noted restaurants will take part, inviting outstanding chefs to collaborate on special festival-exclusive menus. This year’s program is jam-packed with famous chefs and local culinary rising stars, who will show their experience in creating unique gastronomic events.

Among the many exciting events taking place during the festival, the grand opening night, with its “Great Gatsby” theme, is sure to be a stand out. Set in the impressive TierraLuna Gardens at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, the event is expected to draw more than 1000 attendees, including special guest chefs, participating restaurateurs, and other distinguished personalities, and will feature live entertainment and a fireworks show.

After the opening, each of the participating restaurants will offer nightly menus and tasting events, alongside many special events, such as the Chef’s Tables, where guests can enjoy an intimate evening with a renowned chef and learn about their process and inspiration. Rounding out the program are various workshops and educational talks, which will cover a wide variety of topics and will give attendees a unique glimpse into the world of fine cuisine.
