According to the data from the second quarter of 2025, Puerto Vallarta ranked among the top five cities in Mexico with the highest sense of safety among residents. The survey, conducted in June, reflects growing confidence in the security of this beloved destination—making it a top choice for both national and international visitors.
These positive results are part of a broader effort by local and federal authorities to strengthen security and promote safe travel experiences in Mexico’s principal tourist destinations.
