Getting to Mexico has never been easier. In June alone, 48 new domestic and international air routes began operations, further strengthening the country's connectivity and reinforcing its position as one of the world's most accessible tourism destinations. Expanded air service means travelers have more options than ever to discover Mexico's diverse regions, from vibrant cities and cultural landmarks to world-renowned beach destinations.
Among the new international services are flights connecting Mexico City with Punta Cana, Querétaro with Madrid, Monterrey with New York, San Luis Potosí with Atlanta, Aguascalientes with Los Angeles, Tulum with San José, Costa Rica, and Guadalajara with Las Vegas, alongside additional links to destinations across the United States, Canada and Latin America. These routes complement new domestic connections, improving travel between Mexico's major cities and emerging tourism destinations.
Greater connectivity continues to fuel the country's tourism growth by expanding travel options, shortening journey times and opening new opportunities for visitors to explore more of Mexico. With stronger air access across North America, Europe and Latin America, travelers have more flexibility than ever when planning itineraries throughout the country.
At Destination Mexico, we see firsthand how improved air connectivity creates new opportunities for meetings, incentives and leisure travel. With operations across Mexico's leading destinations, our team helps clients take full advantage of these expanding networks to design seamless, memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
