RAFFLES ANNOUNCES LANDMARK RESORT IN LOS CABOS
May 5, 2025
Raffles Hotels & Resorts is bringing its signature brand of luxury to the Mexican Pacific with the announcement of Raffles Estera East Cape, a new resort and branded residence opening in 2029. Located in the pristine East Cape region of Los Cabos—between the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Laguna—the development marks Raffles’ first resort in North America and represents a significant new chapter in the region’s high-end tourism landscape.

Planned as an intimate, design-forward retreat, the property will feature 80 rooms and 46 branded residences in its first phase, with world-class amenities including a beachfront spa, multiple pools, a water sports center, and seven distinct culinary venues. Set apart by its sustainability focus and architectural pedigree—designed by Olson Kundig and Studio Paolo Ferrari—the resort will offer guests and residents a refined yet deeply rooted experience, blending the glamour of the Raffles name with the cultural richness of Baja California Sur. In a destination already known for its abundance of luxury offerings, Raffles Estera East Cape promises to be a standout.
